Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Partnerships Sales Manager to join our growing partnerships team in London.
In this role, your main KPI will be to grow the acquisition of new high volume customers through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible to find, negotiate and develop new partnerships with companies that have clients sending large volumes overseas. Some examples include companies helping people to relocate, buying property abroad or offering services for expats.
You will work closely with a Partnerships Sales Representative who will support you sourcing prospects, outreach and preparing meetings. Your role will be to convert qualified prospects into new partnerships by building relationships, pitching Wise services, negotiating partnership agreements and ensuring a smooth launch of the collaboration.
As part of your role, you’ll need strong selling skills to convince partners to work with us, be comfortable networking, meeting prospects in person and representing the company externally with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has previous experience of working with firms offering services for expats and understands the ecosystem supporting expats and globally mobile individuals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
