Partnerships Specialist (12 Month FTC)
Department: PIC (Policy, Information & Communications) Salary: £47,000 – £53,000 per annum plus benefits Contract: Fixed Term Contract Hours: Full-time (with flexible working arrangements available) Location: Stratford, London (office-based with high flexibility – typically 2 days per week in-office) Closing Date: 12 July 22:59 Visa Sponsorship: UK work eligibility required (no visa sponsorship available)

This role is vital in identifying, developing, and delivering high-value corporate and broader partnerships—not just for revenue, but to drive meaningful impact beyond direct fundraising. You’ll bridge Policy, Information & Communications (PIC) initiatives with Partnerships and Philanthropy, crafting innovative, inspiring ways for fundraisers and partners to connect with our work.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignments:
- Provide a deep overview of PIC strategic priorities and identify opportunities for future partnerships and major donors.
- Collaborate internally to translate complex PIC insights into impactful collaborative opportunities.

Partnership Creation & Growth:
- Serve as an advocate-consultant, working cross-team to find and realise funding and strategic opportunities for existing and new partnerships.
- Guide PIC leadership in uncovering key health and funding partnerships, including deliverable management where required.

Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a functional manager for health partnerships, including oversight of the health partnerships manager.
- Cultivate and maintain senior external relationships, offering direction and escalation support.
- Innovate pitch content, presenting PIC’s assets compellingly to partners and donors.

Measurement & Accountability:
- Oversee key performance tracking of PIC-focused partnerships.
- Generate impact reports and present findings to stakeholder groups.
