Job Description: Parts Request Process Administrator (UK)
Core Responsibilities
- Answer and process incoming parts requests from all UK branches.
- Pull orders, receive, and put away stock.
- Order parts and develop strong relationships with:
- Crown Parts Centre
- External vendors
- Enhance branch satisfaction with parts support and by responding to branch concerns/requests.
- Maintain direct contact with all branch parts coordinators/administrators.
- Process supply chain paperwork.
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts of stock.

Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience
- Qualifications:
- GCSEs or equivalent equivalent qualifications
- Technical & Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational, numeracy, and computer literacy
- Preference given to candidates with parts handling, inventory control, or lift truck industry experience
- Technical Proficiency:
- Working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word)
- Parts and service manuals
- Internet research
- Ordering systems
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic formats
- Strong problem-solving to address supplier lead-time challenges
- Adaptability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Working knowledge of:
- Working Flexibility: Comfortable contributing to both team and individual tasks

Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Baan software or equivalent enterprise resource management systems.
Vacancy Details:
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 08:00am–16:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday: 08:00am–16:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Remuneration
- Salary depends on experience-level.
Annually Extended Leave
- 25 days (inclusive of bank holidays).
