Role: Parts Advisor – West London Jaguar Land Rover
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £29,000 plus bonus!
Hours: 42 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm; Saturday, 8am to 1pm on a rota basis)
Are you a Parts Advisor in search of a new challenge? This is the right opportunity for you! We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our successful team at West London Jaguar Land Rover.
This role is an excellent opportunity for the right person to become integral to the smooth running of our parts department, working alongside a friendly and hard-working team. You will build relationships and manage customer expectations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Completing vehicle health checks for the workshop
- Ensuring all items are correctly located and maintaining stock control
- Receiving orders and ensuring returns are up to date
- Answering customer call inquiries
- Providing excellent customer care

Requirements
- Previous experience gained in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Practical knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations
