Role Overview
As a Parts Advisor, you will promote and sell parts and services to both internal and external customers, while supporting the smooth operation of our parts department.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell parts and services to meet customer needs
- Provide excellent service to both internal teams and external customers
- Maintain attractive parts displays and support marketing campaigns
- Assist with inventory management, invoicing, and general administration
- Ensure the parts department and work areas are clean, organised, and efficient
- Represent Ripon Group and John Deere in a positive and professional manner

About You
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using dealer management and internal systems
- Flexible approach to meet seasonal business demands
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential as there may be a need to drive Company Vehicles
- Agricultural knowledge is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Weekend work required on a rota basis
- Flexibility needed to support peak seasonal demands
