The Role - Parts Advisor
Do you have experience working as a Parts Advisor and want to develop and grow within a main dealer environment, with opportunities for internal and manufacturer training?
If yes, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join the team at our Stapleford branch.

What will I do on a daily basis?
- Respond to internal and customer parts enquiries in a timely manner
- Pick and distribute parts for our daily workshop operations to ensure workshop efficiency
- Greet customers and visitors courteously, professionally and in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues, suppliers and external representatives

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- 2 years parts experience either in the main dealer or aftermarket sectors.
- Keyloop and EPC (electronic parts catalogue) experience desirable or competent use of other electronic parts catalogues.
- Computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office programmes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills in selling and sales conversion abilities.
- A flexible approach to work.
- Driving Licence preferred, not essential.
