Parts Advisor – Dunstable

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and well-established automotive dealership in Dunstable. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a successful team, providing exceptional service while supporting the workshop and retail customers.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient supply of vehicle parts and accessories to both the workshop and retail customers. You'll be responsible for maintaining excellent stock control, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Parts Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and supply the correct vehicle parts and accessories.
  • Support the workshop with timely parts availability.
  • Serve retail and trade customers professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.
  • Process orders, deliveries, and returns.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure the Parts Department is well organised and operates efficiently.
  • Work to achieve departmental targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and manufacturer systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred.
