The Role

Responsibilities

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling parts to customers and achieving sales targets
  • Maximising sales opportunities
  • Processing orders via phone, email, and in person
  • Picking and arranging parts systematically in the stockroom
  • Conducting regular stock checks
  • Pre-picking parts for the service workshop team
  • Delivering parts to trade customers

Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for the motor industry. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be an excellent communicator with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a valid, clean driving licence (for occasional parts deliveries)
  • Enjoy working as part of a team while taking initiative in their role
