Parts Advisor – NAPA Auto Parts UK

NAPA boasts 6,000+ locations across the US, Canada, Australia, and now the United Kingdom. We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Parts Advisor, your role will involve supporting the entire branch operation while focusing on expanding and maintaining the local customer base.

Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:
- Taking customers’ orders over the phone
- Upselling to increase invoice value
- Conducting outbound calling to drive customer awareness and boost sales
- Building long-term relationships with local customers
- Actively promoting offers, discounts, and customer competitions
- Reducing credits and returns by ordering and sending the correct parts the first time
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Punctuality, organisation, and efficiency when working to deadlines
- Proactive, enthusiastic communication with customers
- The ability to demonstrate empathy towards customer needs
- Strong professionalism and exceptional communication skills
