About the Role: Parts Advisor - Brighton Mercedes-Benz
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £30,500 (dependent on brand experience), plus bonus! Hours: 42 hours/week
- Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Saturdays: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (rota basis)

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our friendly and professional team. Ideal for those seeking a new challenge within automotive retail, you’ll be a key part of ensuring our parts department runs smoothly.
As our Parts Advisor, your primary focus will be on perfecting the customer experience and maintaining seamless order flow between workshops and retail areas. You’ll support the Parts Manager, ensuring all customers—whether in-store or in the workshop—receive fast, efficient, and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Conduct vehicle health checks for the workshop
- Maintain accurate stock control, ensuring all items are correctly located and discrepancies are logged promptly
- Process orders efficiently and manage returns updates
- Handle customer phone enquiries with professionalism
- Deliver excellent customer care, aligning with our standards
Requirements & Qualities
You will have:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative/parts advisory role
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Practical knowledge of computer systems and databases
- The ability to work both independently and within a team, maintaining a collaborative yet structured approach
