Motor Parts Advisor – Dewsbury
Become a Parts Advisor at Motor Parts Direct (part of Motus Group UK) and join a fast-paced team driving The Power to Supply—helping customers find their natural choice in motor vehicle parts.
About the Role
Support automotive customers with expertise, professionalism, and sales acumen in a dynamic retail and trade environment. Both front-of-house service and warehousing duties may apply.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Front Counter Operations
- Serve customers in person and over the phone with efficiency
- Build lasting relationships with retail and trade clients

Sales & Growth
- Promote products and discounts to increase sales opportunities
- Ensure accurate part orders to minimise returns

Requirements
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a Parts Advisor or within the motor trade sector
- Strong knowledge of automobiles, or eagerness to learn
- Customer-facing roles demonstrating exceptional service
Essential Abilities:
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent communication
- Fast-paced organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work harmoniously in a busy environment
