Parts Advisor – Barking (Full-Time, Motor Trade Role)
About the Role
Join Motor Parts Direct and become a Parts Advisor at our Barking branch! Play a key role in The Power to Supply, helping us become the customers’ natural choice in the motor parts market.
We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of customer service and sales. Your responsibilities include:
- Serving customers in person at the front counter and handling inbound calls
- Building strong relationships with retail and trade customers
- Promoting offers and maximising sales opportunities
- Ensuring accurate ordering to reduce returns
- Supporting warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for customer-service driven individuals with:
- Experience as a Parts Advisor or within the motor trade (preferred)
- Good knowledge of cars or a strong willingness to learn
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication & organisation—modern-day retail demands agility!
- A Knowledge of local areas & customer bases would be a major advantage
