Parts Advisor – Coalville (Motor Parts Direct)

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Parts Advisor to join our team in Coalville. As a key player, you’ll provide top-tier customer service, drive sales, and support operational efficiency behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
- face-to-face and over-the-phone customer support (handling enquiries and securing sales)
- building strong relationships with retail and trade customers
- promoting offers and maximising sales opportunities to meet targets
- accurate order processing to minimise returns and improve efficiency
- supporting warehouse duties when required
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Experience as a Parts Advisor or within the motor trade (preferred)
- Good knowledge of cars or a willingness to learn quickly
- Strong sales-driven mindset with exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organisational ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- (Advantageous) Local knowledge of the Coalville area and customer base
