What We Offer

  • Competitive salary (DOE)

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers at the front counter and manage inbound calls
  • Develop strong relationships with retail and trade customers
  • Promote relevant offers and maximise sales opportunities
  • Ensure efficient ordering to minimise returns
  • Assist with warehouse duties when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Parts Advisor or within the motor trade (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of cars or a strong willingness to learn
  • Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities for a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the local customer base would be advantageous.
