What We Offer
- Competitive salary (DOE)
- Monthly & yearly sales bonuses
- Monthly & yearly incentives
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (accumulating with service)
- Company van use for commuting (subject to manager discretion)
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers at the front counter and manage inbound calls
- Develop strong relationships with retail and trade customers
- Promote relevant offers and maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure efficient ordering to minimise returns
- Assist with warehouse duties when required

What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Parts Advisor or within the motor trade (preferred)
- Working knowledge of cars or a strong willingness to learn
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities for a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the local customer base would be advantageous.
