Parts Advisor – South Street Vauxhall/Peugeot/Citroen/DS/Mazda Branch, Glasgow
We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team in Glasgow. No prior parts experience is required – we’ll provide full training.

Do you have customer service skills and experience handling stock? As a Parts Advisor, you’ll ensure our workshops have the right vehicle parts while guiding customers throughout their journey, from order to service.
If you’ve worked in retail (particularly stock management), you’ve already got key qualities for this role. While strong computer skills are an advantage, comprehensive training will be provided for our systems.
Daily Responsibilities
- Identifying required parts for vehicles
- Ordering parts internally & externally
- Picking, packing, and organising parts
- Working with workshop teams
- Providing fast, accurate customer service
- Processing invoices
- Updating customer communications digitally
- Managing stock levels
