Role Description
The 2 x Parts Advisors vacancy we have are full-time roles, responsible for supporting customers and workshops with accurate and timely parts supply. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Identifying and sourcing automotive parts
- Processing orders
- Managing returns
- Providing advice on suitable components

The role involves serving customers at the trade counter, handling telephone and digital inquiries, and maintaining clear communication with dealers and suppliers. The Parts Advisor will also help monitor stock levels, support inventory control processes, and contribute to a clean, organized parts department. Collaboration with colleagues and a focus on customer satisfaction are central to this position.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle customer inquiries and coordinate with dealers and suppliers.
- Experience or familiarity with Dealer Management processes or systems within the automotive sector.
- Inventory Control skills to assist with stock monitoring, ordering, and accurate record-keeping.
- Basic automotive parts knowledge or a willingness to learn product ranges and vehicle applications.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a motor factors, parts department, or automotive retail environment is a prerequisite and essential. Working with MAM parts catalogues and Autopart is desirable.
