Your mission
Support the maintenance workshop by ensuring the availability of parts on time in accordance with needs, and by ensuring the back office of the activity.
Your Main Missions Are As Follows
Workshop Support
- Participate in planning workloads, based on equipment needs.
- Generate work orders for technicians and check available inventory for the upcoming mission.
- Process completed work orders
- Perform data entry into the system for equipment maintenance records
- Participate in generating reports and collecting data as needed.
Parts Management
- Research parts suppliers and establish local suppliers as needed.
- Manage local inventory: Shipping/receiving/location control.
- Carry out regular inventories
- Determine and manage appropriate inventory levels required based on usage and upcoming work orders.
- Track and order parts for rental fleet.

Administration
- Participate in invoicing process
Profil Recherché
- Ideally have experience in the industrial and transport industry, possibly in a parts or service environment.
- To be a good, effective communicator verbally and by email at all levels
- Have a strong customer service ethic with a positive and proactive approach
- Be a team player through being willing and able to work closely with others
