The Parts Department at Aston Martin Works plays a vital role in delivering that promise, supplying genuine Aston Martin parts and accessories while supporting our Service, Retail Sales, and Customer Care teams.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Parts Assistant to join our close-knit and dynamic team. Working alongside our Parts Manager, Parts Advisors, and Parts Coordinators, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department, helping to maintain the availability and movement of parts that keep our customers and technicians supported.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing parts inventory
- Coordinating the ordering, receipt, and distribution of components
- Supporting the refurbishment process to ensure key timelines are achieved
- Monitoring supplier orders and lead times
- Processing returns and credits
- Ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently
- Contributing to the growth of the department through support of e-commerce and marketing activities
Skills and Experience Required
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactive approach
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities within a busy environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience using dealer management systems to manage stock and inventory (advantageous, particularly familiarity with Keyloop DMS)
