Parts Business Manager – Lotus Europe
About the Role With a mission to bolster Lotus as a world-leading manufacturer of high-performance, lightweight sports cars, we’re seeking a Parts Business Manager (Europe) to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence. This hands-on role requires ownership of end-to-end parts supply chain execution, including import/export logistics, customs compliance, audit readiness, and stakeholder collaboration across dealers, suppliers, and technical teams.
You will shape the future of Lotus Europe’s parts business, balancing speed, cost control, and precision in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities (Hands-On Execution)
Supply Chain & Logistics
- Coordinate IT integration for Lotus’s new/upgraded systems for spare parts business, addressing existing issues and preventing systemic risks.

Qualifications
