Dutch Miller Ripley Ford is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Parts Consultant to join our growing Parts Department.
This position works closely with our Service Department, technicians, wholesale accounts, and retail customers to provide exceptional service while helping keep repairs moving efficiently.

COMPENSATION
$45,000–$65,000+ ANNUAL EARNING POTENTIAL

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers
- Identify and sell OEM Ford parts and accessories
- Support technicians with accurate and timely parts fulfillment
- Receive and stock inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Process returns and warranty parts
- Perform cycle counts
- Maintain clean and organized inventory areas
- Assist with merchandising and showroom displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service
QUALIFICATIONS
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Ford dealership experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license
