Parts Liasion Administrator

At Castelan Group, we're looking for a Parts Liaison Administrator to play a vital role in keeping our operations moving - ensuring the right parts are in the right place, at the right time. At Castelan, we invest in our people. You'll gain hands-on experience in logistics, supplier management, and customer service - developing skills that can take your career in many directions.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be at the heart of our logistics operation, helping coordinate the movement of parts and supporting both customers and colleagues:
- Managing and tracking parts orders from start to finish
- Communicating updates clearly to customers and internal teams
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and resolving issues
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Supporting technicians with parts availability and information
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through strong organisation

What We're Looking For
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds-what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Customer-focused approach
Bonus points if you have experience in ordering stock, admin, or customer service- but not essential as can be trained.

Salary
Starting at £25,750 rising to £27,250, after successful completion of probation.
