Hiring: Parts Logistics Specialist or Manager Position | UK
📍 Chiswick (2 days office) & Coventry Warehouse (3 days onsite)
🚗 Automotive Aftermarket / OEM Parts Operations
We’re partnering with a fast-growing Chinese automotive company to hire a Parts Logistics Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end parts warehouse and logistics operations.
This is a highly operational role where you will work across both office and warehouse environments, ensuring the smooth flow of automotive parts from inbound receipt through to storage, inventory control, and final distribution. You will play a key role in ensuring parts availability, warehouse efficiency, and operational excellence.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound logistics, goods receiving, picking, packing, and outbound distribution of automotive parts
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient parts flow
- Maintain accurate inventory control through cycle counts and stock audits
- Monitor warehouse performance and support KPI reporting (accuracy, productivity, cost)
- Support warehouse capacity planning and resource allocation to meet business demand
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply and delivery issues

🤖 What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in automotive parts logistics, warehouse operations, or aftermarket supply chain
- Experience in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse processes
- Understanding of inbound/outbound logistics and distribution workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and KPI tracking
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
