Vertu Vauxhall Chesterfield

We’re looking for a Parts Manager to lead our dual-site operation across Vauxhall and MG in Chesterfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor looking to take the next step into a supervisory role, developing leadership skills and broadening their experience across the Stellantis group, including brands such as Peugeot, Vauxhall, Citroën, DS, Fiat, Jeep, and Alfa Romeo.

Salary: up to £35,000 (depending on experience) | Monday to Friday | No weekend work | Company Car | Strong benefits package

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Parts Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the Parts Department, helping to ensure an efficient operation while delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. Working closely with the Parts Advisor, you will help maintain effective stock control, drive efficiency, and support the achievement of departmental objectives.

  • Support the daily operation of both Vauxhall and MG parts departments
  • Help maintain accurate stock control and promote departmental efficiency
  • Ensure processes are organized, consistent, and easy to follow
  • Deliver a high standard of service to customers and colleagues
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and increased profitability

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in the Parts department in the automotive sector (essential)
  • A structured, organized approach with strong attention to detail
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on profitability
