Dutch Miller Auto Group is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Ford and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Parts Departments in Ripley, WV.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive parts professional who is passionate about leadership, inventory management, profitability, and building a high-performing team.

- Leading Ford and CDJR Parts Operations
- Managing inventory and purchasing
- Increasing inventory turns
- Reducing obsolete inventory
- Developing pricing strategies that maximize profitability
- Growing wholesale parts sales
- Supporting technician productivity and service operations
- Managing manufacturer return programs
- Ensuring warranty and OEM compliance
- Coaching, training and developing department personnel
- Maintaining accurate inventories and cycle counts
- Driving departmental financial performance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous dealership Parts Management experience required
- Ford and/or CDJR experience preferred
- Strong inventory management skills
- Financial and business acumen
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer and DMS knowledge (Tekion experience is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
