About The Role
As our Parts Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our parts department. Your role will be to:
- Maximise profitability and deliver on business objectives
- Manage stock and resources effectively to minimise financial risk
- Inspire and develop your team, creating a positive and high-performing culture
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while pushing the business forward
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in a managerial role within a Parts Department
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A proactive approach to achieving targets and motivating your team
