Parts Manager Wanted
Location: Inverness
Park’s Motor Group is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Manager to join their highly successful team at our Multi Franchise site in Inverness.
If you are a self-motivated team leader and can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an opportunity to join our team.
To Be Successful You Will
- Have parts supervisor or management experience.
- Be extremely organised and be able to undertake various administrative duties.
- Have a proven track record of being able to lead a team under pressure and consistently helping to achieve parts sales objectives.
- Be able to align your team’s goals with the company’s overall objectives.
- Be able to manage a variety of customer demands and ensure we deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
- Be IT literate (knowledge of Keyloop would be an advantage).
- Be friendly, reliable, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Be able to operate effectively as part of the wider Park’s management team.
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- A full clean driving licence is also desirable.
