Pay: £26,500

Key Responsibilities
- Administer stock control for vans, site workshops, and contracts.
- Process parts orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with parts identification and warranty/returns processing.
- Support the team with customer orders, backorders, and special deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Skills, Experience, and Education
- Communication: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs professionally and efficiently.
- Knowledge/Expertise: Proven administration and customer service experience; previous experience in workshop or parts control is desirable. Knowledge of HGV, waste industry, or service centre environments is a bonus.
- Innovation: Results-driven with the ability to stay focused under pressure and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Business Impact: Able to work independently and as part of a team, flexible and willing to work overtime when required, and comfortable moving between office locations and occasionally entering/exiting vehicles.
