Parts Pricing Administrator

Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About The Role

We are looking for a Parts Pricing Administrator to join our Stock Control team based in Duxford. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused administrator to play a key role in maintaining accurate pricing data across our aftermarket parts portfolio.

Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring product and pricing information remains up to date, supporting efficient business operations and helping maintain pricing accuracy across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update supplier pricing records for aftermarket parts and products.
  • Process and upload pricing updates, ensuring all changes are approved in line with company procedures.
  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new products, kits and promotions.
  • Manage product kit updates, including operator packs and van tool kits.
  • Create replacement part numbers and maintain associated system records.
  • Upload Volvo Hose Service recipe files and support related processes.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain the latest pricing and product information.
  • Support pricing enquiries and supplier communications.
  • Manage incoming tooling request forms and associated administration.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team.

About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll be comfortable working independently whilst also building effective working relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

You Will Ideally Have

  • Experience using an ERP system or maintaining and updating information within business systems.
  • Previous administrative experience with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to tasks.
  • A flexible and collaborative attitude.
  • A strong work ethic with a genuine sense of ownership and accountability.
  • An understanding of mechanical parts or terminology would be advantageous.

Desirable

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience working with supplier pricing or product information databases.
