We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our growing team.
Your Mission
You will play a key role in supporting our aftersales operation by ensuring the efficient management of spare parts orders, customer invoicing and logistics coordination between the UK and our Headquarters in China. This means:
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Preparing customer statements, monitoring accounts receivable and following up outstanding and overdue payments.
- Managing spare parts orders from Headquarters to the UK, tracking shipments and coordinating with logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Liaising closely with colleagues at Headquarters to monitor order progress and ensure the timely dispatch of spare parts.
- Providing first-line support for the Company's ERP and business systems, including assisting users with day-to-day operational issues and delivering basic user training where required.
- Working closely with the Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Headquarters teams to coordinate daily operational activities.
- Maintaining accurate records relating to spare parts orders, deliveries and inventory transactions.
- Supporting continuous improvement of spare parts processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with both our UK team and colleagues at Headquarters, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient aftersales operation.
Who You Are
You are organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced operational environment. You are an effective communicator who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You bring:
- Previous experience in parts administration, spare parts coordination, customer service, logistics, supply chain or a similar operational role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience preparing invoices, coordinating orders or managing customer accounts would be advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Experience using ERP systems, CRM systems or similar business software.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- A proactive, flexible and customer-focused approach to work.

The following would be advantageous:
- Experience within the construction equipment, material handling, automotive or industrial machinery sectors.
- Experience working with international supply chains or import logistics.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese would be an advantage, as the role involves regular communication with our Headquarters in China.
