About The Role
We are looking for a Parts Specialist responsible for managing spare parts operations and supporting dealers to ensure efficient aftersales operations and maximise customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be responsible for DMS management, operational performance monitoring, and the implementation of spare parts projects and policies.
Location: Uxbridge, London area (Fully Office-based)
Tasks & Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for leading the processing and maintenance of DMS spare parts system master data and DMS system optimization, ensuring that DMS system data is normal and system functions are optimized.
- Responsible for leading the collection and processing of customer emails, TIS, ticketing system feedback on spare parts support requirements, and real-time processing of closed loops.
- Responsible for monitoring the delivery time of spare parts in overseas local markets, as well as KPI indicators for spare parts operation.
- Troubleshooting and handling of abnormal spare parts ordering by dealers.
- Responsible for handling the deployment and execution of other spare parts related projects and policies to the dealer side.
- Responsible for spare parts operational training for the dealers.

Skills and requirements:
- 3 years or above experience of working within a parts department or as a procurement specialist or in a similar position (purchasing, order processing, procurement);
- Experience of dealing with customers and handling complaints;
- Previous vehicle parts stock control experience;
- Good telephone answering/interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise duties and motivate others;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, understanding of SAP and WMS (warehouse management system) is a plus;
- Chinese speaking is beneficial.
- Has right-to-work in the UK.
