Parts Supervisor – Boston

Working Hours:

Rotational Shift Monday - Friday, Week 1: 07:00 - 15:30, Week 2: 10:30 - 18:00 + Saturday 08:00 - 13:00

Salary:

From £32,926 plus an excellent benefits package, including:

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity at Scania Boston. As Parts Team Leader you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our Parts department. You will be a forward thinker, able to build positive working relationships, collaboratively manage your team, improve processes, and ensure our customers receive a fantastic service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enhance performance and processes.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of parts to the correct customer and workshop.
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing parts customers.
  • Actively manage stock checks with a view to improving workflow where possible.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication.
