Join the Hedin Automotive Aftersales team as a Parts Warehouse Operative & Driver, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our busy Parts Department. This varied position combines warehouse responsibilities with the flexibility to cover our Parts Delivery Drivers when required, ensuring our customers continue to receive the exceptional service expected from the BMW & MINI brands.

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting the day-to-day organisation of the warehouse.
  • Preparing customer orders for dispatch, ensuring all parts are accurate and ready for delivery.
  • Picking, loading and unloading vehicle parts efficiently and in line with safety procedures
  • Covering Parts Delivery Driver routes during periods of absence, holiday or peak demand.
  • Safely delivering and collecting BMW parts to and from our approved suppliers and Service Centres
  • Providing excellent customer service at every drop-off, maintaining clear communication with customers and team members regarding schedules or any issues that arise

YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
  • Good geographical knowledge of London and surrounding counties
  • Excellent time management and route planning skills
  • Previous experience in a delivery driver role or similar role.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid clean UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Confident driving a transit size vehicle and able to lift and carry parts weighing up to 20kg

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS

  • Basic salary of £29,858.40 per annum with an additional bonus of £1,200–£2,400
  • Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 5.00pm (45 hours per week)
