Role Description
The Part-time Administrative Assistant (Monday to Wednesday) will support the smooth operation of the practice by handling day-to-day office and administrative tasks. This part-time role is based in the Oval London. Typical responsibilities include the following:

- Covering reception, answering calls, dealing with visitors/clients to the office
- Managing the meeting room schedule
- Dealing with incoming post/parcels
- Organising internal and external meetings
- Marketing / website maintenance
- Directors expenses
- Some accounting tasks
- Binding document for presentations
- Maintaining the office supplies and inventory levels
- Provide general support across the practice

Qualifications
- Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to handle calls and correspondence clearly and courteously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Positive, collaborative attitude
