Role Description

The Part-time Administrative Assistant (Monday to Wednesday) will support the smooth operation of the practice by handling day-to-day office and administrative tasks. This part-time role is based in the Oval London. Typical responsibilities include the following:

  • Covering reception, answering calls, dealing with visitors/clients to the office
  • Managing the meeting room schedule
  • Dealing with incoming post/parcels

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to handle calls and correspondence clearly and courteously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude
