Role Description
This is a part-time/cover, on-site Receptionist role based in London at Reflexions. The Receptionist will greet clients, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and create a friendly, professional first impression. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone inquiries, booking and confirming appointments, handling email and in-person queries, and maintaining an organized reception area. The role also involves managing client records, processing payments, coordinating schedules with practitioners, and supporting the smooth running of daily operations. The Receptionist is expected to uphold high standards of client service, protect client confidentiality, and contribute to a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

- Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including experience with general Receptionist Duties and managing appointment bookings.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling client inquiries, confirming appointments, and coordinating with practitioners.
- Solid Clerical Skills for maintaining records, processing payments, and using scheduling or point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a positive, welcoming experience and resolving client concerns professionally.
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment, with strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Comfort working on-site in a wellness or healthcare setting; prior experience in a spa, clinic, or therapy practice is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, calendars, booking systems) and willingness to learn new software.
- Flexible availability for part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
