About the Role: You will be the key personnel to one of our equity partners, providing high-level support to his role as lead valuation partner. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on keeping a busy diary on track and turning polished documents around on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Audio Typing: Accurate audio transcription of correspondence, reports, and meetings (digital dictation).
- Diary Management: Expert management of busy calendars, scheduling meetings.
- First Point of Contact: Acting as a professional, friendly liaison for clients via phone and email.
- Administration: Organizing and maintaining accurate filing systems, and assisting with meeting preparations.

What We Are Looking For:
- Audio Typing Experience: Proven skills in audio transcription with high speed and accuracy.
- Professionalism & Passion: A “can-do” attitude with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English, with great attention to detail.
- Organisational Talent: You love creating order out of chaos and have excellent IT skills (MS Office/Outlook).
