💷 £12.72 per hour
⏰ 29 hours per week | 6 days on, 3 days off shift pattern

At Aviation Services, we’re proud to be the Ground Handling Partner of easyJet at Edinburgh Airport, supporting flights to over 40 destinations from Scotland’s capital.
As a Passenger Service Agent, you’ll be one of the first people passengers meet on their journey. From check-in to boarding, you’ll help create a smooth, stress-free airport experience while making sure everything runs safely and on time.

What you'll be doing
As part of our Passenger Services team, you’ll help customers throughout their airport journey by:

- Assisting passengers at check-in and boarding gates
- Checking travel documents and boarding passes
- Helping with baggage queries and excess baggage charges
- Supporting passengers during delays, cancellations, or disruptions
- Answering customer questions and resolving issues
- Setting up check-in and boarding areas
- Ensuring safety, security, and operational procedures are followed at all times
You’ll play a key role in creating a positive travel experience for every passenger.
What We're looking for
We’re looking for people who are:
- At least 18 years old
- Able to provide 5 years full address & employment history for security screening
- Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with people
- Calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
- Reliable and organised
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
No previous airport experience is required — just great customer service skills and a positive attitude.
