💷 £12.72 per hour
⏰ 29 hours per week | 6 days on, 3 days off shift pattern

At Aviation Services, we’re proud to be the Ground Handling Partner of easyJet at Edinburgh Airport, supporting flights to over 40 destinations from Scotland’s capital.

As a Passenger Service Agent, you’ll be one of the first people passengers meet on their journey. From check-in to boarding, you’ll help create a smooth, stress-free airport experience while making sure everything runs safely and on time.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting passengers at check-in and boarding gates
  • Checking travel documents and boarding passes
  • Helping with baggage queries and excess baggage charges
  • Supporting passengers during delays, cancellations, or disruptions
  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues
  • Setting up check-in and boarding areas
  • Ensuring safety, security, and operational procedures are followed at all times

You’ll play a key role in creating a positive travel experience for every passenger.

What We're looking for

We’re looking for people who are:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to provide 5 years full address & employment history for security screening
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with people
  • Calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
  • Reliable and organised
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems

No previous airport experience is required — just great customer service skills and a positive attitude.
