We are seeking an Administrator to join our team based in Chigwell. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and supporting operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

As Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to managers and operational teams Raising works orders and maintaining project records Scheduling engineers, subcontractors, and appointments Managing and organising company documentation and files Updating and maintaining records within company management systems Assisting with the preparation of reports and compliance documentation Supporting audits, inspections, and internal processes Issuing project handover documentation and correspondence Acting as a first point of contact for administrative enquiries Ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible

What We’re Looking For

Essential

Previous administration experience Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience using CRM or project management systems Experience within a construction, property, compliance, or service-based environment xlqdzyr Understanding of document control and record management processes
