We are a nationwide passive fire protection company looking for an experienced and qualified Passive Fire Surveyor to join our growing team.
This is a nationwide role, with regular travel and staying away required. A company car will be provided, along with all hotels, travel and business expenses.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out passive fire surveys across a wide range of buildings including:
- High-Rise Residential Buildings (HRBs)
- Hospitals
- Care homes
- Schools
- Commercial buildings
- Other occupied premises

You will be expected to complete detailed passive fire surveys covering fire doors, compartmentation, fire stopping, and associated passive fire protection systems. Accurate report writing and clear photographic evidence are essential, with all work completed to a consistently high standard.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Passive Fire Surveyor.
- Relevant industry qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of passive fire protection, fire doors, and compartmentation.
- Ability to carry out surveys independently.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away during the week when required.
