Schools are expanding specialist teams to help pupils overcome barriers including:
- SEMH
- Trauma
- School avoidance
- Emotional regulation
- Anxiety

- Adverse Childhood Experiences
The skills you'll develop in this role are increasingly transferable across education, youth services, safeguarding, mental health and social care.
The role
Working with young people aged 11-19, you'll provide one-to-one mentoring, pastoral support and re-engagement programmes that help learners achieve positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.

Salary
£14-16 per hour
£105-120 per day
Requirements
- Relevant experience
- Enhanced DBS
- Safeguarding qualification
- References
- Right to work required
Trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches are highly desirable.
