A secondary school in Bromley is looking for a Pastoral Support Assistant to support pupils who need help with behaviour, attendance, confidence, and school engagement.
This role sits between behaviour, pastoral care, and keeping pupils engaged in school. This role is suited to someone who can build relationships quickly while still holding clear boundaries. You will be working with pupils who may need mentoring, emotional support, or help staying on track during the school day.

What the role involves:
- Pastoral and behaviour support for secondary-aged pupils
- Helping pupils manage routines, expectations, and relationships
- Working with teachers, pastoral leads, and safeguarding staff
- Supporting pupils before issues become bigger problems

- Experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, behaviour support, or pastoral care
