Pastoral Support Manager
Phoenix Academy is seeking an outstanding Pastoral Support Manager to join our team in September 2026.
We are looking for a dedicated, highly organised, and proactive colleague to join Phoenix Academy in supporting our students to achieve their best possible outcomes.

About the Pastoral Support Manager
The Pastoral Support Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our students thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactive pastoral intervention to address students’ needs and challenges.
- Collaboration with staff to implement an effective wellbeing and support strategy.
- Leading initiatives to enhance student engagement and progression.
- Ensuring a positive, inclusive culture that fosters confidence and attainment.
- Working closely with our leadership team to maintain our unwavering commitment to excellence.
