Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group pastoral support
- Support behaviour, attendance, and student wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with students
- Work collaboratively with Heads of Year and senior leaders
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies
- Help students overcome barriers to learning
- Serve as a consistent and approachable mentorship figure
Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- A 2:1 or First-Class degree from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university (preferred)
- Strong A-Level and GCSE results (desirable)
