Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for 2 x Pastoral Support Tutors
Both full-time and part-time positions are available to join our Windsor College team on a permanent basis over 41 weeks, including term-time. The role pays between H19 £25,116.16 and H22 £27,604.40 (H19 £27,284 and H22 £29,987 FTE) which is dependent on experience and qualifications. We are happy to accept both part-time and full-time applications for this role. When applying, please specify your preference for full-time or part-time.

Pastoral Support Tutor
Are you passionate about supporting learners in their educational journey? Join Windsor Forest Colleges Group as a Pastoral Tutor, where you will provide vital guidance on academic performance and financial welfare to students, parents, and staff. Lead engaging pastoral and personal development activities tailored to the unique needs of Sixth Form learners. Your one-to-one tutoring and coaching will enhance wellbeing, study skills, and academic success. Collaborate with educators and managers to deliver an outstanding college experience for all students. Plus, work alongside safeguarding leads to contribute to PEP meetings, ensuring student welfare remains a priority.
