We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to play a key role in producing high-quality desserts, pastries, breads and afternoon tea items across our restaurants and events.
What We Need From You
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll motivate the Commis Chefs to prepare food for our venues. You’ll have an eye for quality, consistency and for portion control. You’ll build good relationships with the front of house team to make sure our guests get exactly what they want.
A qualification in professional cookery would be great, and relevant industry experience is desirable. Using your Pastry expertise and skill, you’ll be a key part in making sure our Pastry kitchen continues to excel in producing the most creative, innovative and tasty sweets.
You’ll also support our Head Chefs and Sous Chefs on ideas and techniques that make our Pastry kitchen a creative environment.

- £31,500 per annum plus a share of tips estimated £3,000 per annum.
