Location: London – Liverpool Street

Employment Type: Permanent Hours Per Week: 40 Salary: £35,028 plus paid overtime at 1.5 rate

The Role

Culinary Connoisseur & Team Leader – Do you have an insatiable passion for pastry craft and a desire to help others shine?

We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team in London, Liverpool Street. You will oversee pastry production while contributing to an inclusive, positively motivating environment.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation

  • Prepare and cook dishes aligning with recipes and the head/sous chef’s standards—ensuring strict adherence to food safety.
  • Coordinate with other team members to deliver high-quality cuisine.

Station & Kitchen Management

  • Oversee production of all assigned dishes while maintaining inventory and cleanliness of your workstation.
  • Organise and maintain the kitchen and station tools according to safety and hygiene policies.

Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques and food trends.
  • Strong grasp of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and robust organisation skills.
