The Role
Culinary Connoisseur & Team Leader – Do you have an insatiable passion for pastry craft and a desire to help others shine?
We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team in London, Liverpool Street. You will oversee pastry production while contributing to an inclusive, positively motivating environment.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation
- Prepare and cook dishes aligning with recipes and the head/sous chef’s standards—ensuring strict adherence to food safety.
- Coordinate with other team members to deliver high-quality cuisine.
Station & Kitchen Management
- Oversee production of all assigned dishes while maintaining inventory and cleanliness of your workstation.
- Organise and maintain the kitchen and station tools according to safety and hygiene policies.

- Ensure all dishes meet high standards in presentation, taste, and nutrition.
- Collaborate with the head chef to:
- Develop new recipes.

Requirements
Experience & Technical Skills
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques and food trends.
- Strong grasp of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and robust organisation skills.
