Role Purpose
Join one of London’s leading event catering teams and showcase your pastry skills in a creative and fast paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to work on high end events and develop within a growing hospitality group.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and presenting high quality desserts for premium events
- Managing your pastry section and maintaining consistency and standards
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during event service
- Ensuring food safety hygiene and presentation standards are upheld
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a hospitality kitchen is essential
- Background in fine dining or five star hotels preferred
- Strong attention to detail and passion for pastry
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
