Pastry Chef – (Work Permit Available for UK residents)
Location: London, United Kingdom
Salary: £35,000 per annum

We are seeking a passionate and talented Pastry Chef to join our prestigious fine dining restaurant in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional who is committed to producing exceptional desserts and pastries to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and petit fours.
- Maintain consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in every dish.
- Assist with developing seasonal dessert menus and new creations.
- Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel.
- Passion for fine dining and exceptional pastry craftsmanship.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
