Pastry Junior Sous Chef

Contract: Full time

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar pastry role within a luxury hospitality environment is advantageous
  • A passion for delivering high quality food and exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests effectively
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Good spoken and written English
  • NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Catering or an equivalent qualification
  • Level 2 Food Safety and Catering qualification or equivalent

Your Responsibilities

In your new role as our newly appointed Pastry Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Consistently deliver high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Support the creation of memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional pastry products
  • Prioritise tasks effectively whilst maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively as part of the Pastry team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness at all times
