Pastry Sous Chef

Live in accommodation available.*

We offer minimum 45-hour per week employment contracts, but we understand that everyone’s needs are different. That’s why we’re happy to discuss part-time contracts to fit around your individual schedule.

What We Offer

Full-time (45 hours per week) or Part-time Contracts tailored to your lifestyle. Every hour worked beyond your contracted hours will either be paid or given back as lieu time.

What you’ll be doing?

As Pastry Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the production of our lunch, afternoon tea and dinner pastry/desserts offering, using your skill set to demonstrate innovation and respond to current food trends.

What you’ll need?

The successful candidate for the role of Pastry Sous Chef will be professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to creating amazing desserts and an afternoon tea to get people talking…..after all the proof is the pudding!

You will already have gained credible experience within a professional food environment; with Professional Cookery qualification to Level 3-4 or proven experience; You will have a creative flair and passion for producing amazing desserts and imaginative cakes and pastries Great timekeeping and organisational skills to plan ahead are key; Your potential, your commitment, and your ability to work under pressure alongside being an excellent team player, is every bit as important to us as your amazing desserts;
