Job Description
- Lead and support the daily operations of the pastry production team, ensuring production targets are achieved.
- Work alongside the team on the production lines to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Organize daily staffing and allocate tasks to meet production schedules.
- Plan daily production based on production requirements and available stock.
- Ensure all products are prepared in accordance with DO & CO recipes, quality standards, and customer specifications.
- Maintain compliance with all food safety, HACCP, hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures.
- Perform regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure required standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels, complete daily stock checks, and submit purchasing requests when required.
- Monitor food waste and support initiatives to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Ensure equipment, tools, and work areas are clean, operational, and ready for production; report any faults or damage promptly.
- Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify and report production issues and assist in implementing practical solutions and continuous improvements.
- Promote teamwork, maintain positive working relationships, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Take responsibility for maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive working environment while demonstrating DO & CO values.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a pastry, bakery, kitchen, or food production environment.
- Previous experience coordinating or leading a small team is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to organize daily tasks and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Comfortable working with colleagues from diverse cultural and language backgrounds.
- Passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Positive attitude with a professional approach and willingness to support the team.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
